How can you say its mainly not his fault?!

He chose most of the players,
He chose not to sign 4 centre backs and no big striker, He chose to release hucks with no replacement,
He chose to spend all his budget on loans instead of permananet signings
He chose to loan out a striker to our relegation rivals
He chose to constantly play underperforming players (Bertrand)
He chose to act arrogantly towards the fans
He chose to sign players like Lupoli then decide that they were to lightweight
It is his job to motivate the players
He was a defender... explain our shocking defensive record
He has relegated almost every club he has managed

But yeah im a moron for thinking none of this is his fault, drop the personal insults please, its twice recentley you have resorted to them to back up your argument as you have no evidence.
