Get the feeling our squad's good enough to get out of this mess but it has to have the confidence in itself.

If we got somebody in that the fans warmed to, the atmosphere would be totally different - misplaced passes wouldn't be noticed quite as much etc.

Mackay strikes me as a reasonable option - the crowd love him, he's available and he's a leader.
