You've done me a massive favour

and I am very grateful to you for it. I've been trying to not post on here on and off for a long, long time.

I have a lot of work to do, a job I'd like to keep, an addictive personality I'd like to break free from.

Already this year I have stopped gambling (I can enjoy a football match again!), now for WOTB. Only another couple of addictions to go!

I know I won't stop posting voluntarily so I've asked Ben to remove me. Fact is, I don't enjoy the cut and thrust, and I do sometimes get far too annoyed than any sane person should (though that's me in real life not just on here). I will be a much happier person being able to lurk, stand back and watching you all bicker among yourselves.
