FTSE100 company? we are talking about football! which at times is one of the most unpredictable sports on the planet! there is never any guarantee that your manager will do well... everything a club doe's has a slight gamble to it.. like chelsea sacking a great manager and bringing in a man with no qualifications for the job.. some pay off (as its looking like it might for them) some dont in our case of grant. get over it.
