Ive had bursitis and tendinitis
Once both at the same time. Physio and doing those exercises is the only thing to fix it simply because tendons and bursas often donโt get good blood flow needed to repair themselves.
Can go on for years without physio. With physio normally fixed in 3-6 weeks.
