I seem to recall

Saying that England, being one of the biggest jobs in football, should perhaps have an actual manager person who's managed with some management success in the past only to be met with great videos explaining what a genius carsley is and how wonderfully exciting the whole project would be and carsleys defo the man. Anyway, I can't now recall who those enthusiasts were, but I wondered if their excitement has dimmed a little?
