But how price inelastic are the typical Private School parents?

Particularly as prices have increased by 20% over the past few years without parents all pulling kids out.

Maybe it means more of the extra curriculars need to be paid for separately, or dropped, rather than being covered by the fees.

But the parents will still get to school their kids alongside the kids of other rich families, and make those all important social connections. *That's* what they are ultimately paying for. And they will continue to pay it.
