Not a forum for advanced runners but there's a fair amount of decent training advice without the toxicity of letsrun forum. Planetrunner on instagram is also a pretty grounded source of decent marathon training advice and worth a follow.

In your situation, I'd not worry too much about junk miles since volume, time on feet and training when fatigued is all great for the marathon experience. Perhaps if there is a running club nearby you could join their midweek track sessions for some speed work and weekend long run? Maybe also look to incorporate some tempo/marathon paced efforts in to your long runs, or add in some specific sessions around the mid/longruns to keep it varied?
