because we've been sitting over 90% capacity for many years now, there are very likely many marketing strategies, and other initiatives or ideas that NCFC may well have had up their sleeves (or their consultants have proposed), but have not put into action because driving demand when you're that close to capacity simply results in frustration, disappointment and anger from your fans when you fail to meet expectations. And you'll never get those prospective customers back again.
