I've done the Norfolk Coast Path (47 miles) in a little over 20 hours, and the 3 Peaks
Challenge (Ben Nevis, Scarfel Pike and Snowden) in just short of 24 hours, and the Yorkshire Three Peaks in a time long forgotten. These days I struggle to get up the stairs.
