If we can keep most of Rowe, Sarge, Gunny, Sara, Sainz and Nunez, then I feel your scenario could bear fruit. But we all know that with City's short sighted owners, they all will be cashed in upon within the next 18 months and if replaced, it will mainly be with cheap sub-standard players.
