change to the offside rule ...maybe

i see FIFA are trialing a change to the offside rule so that in the future for a player to be offside he must be fully in front of the last defender to be offside

From what i see it will a reversal of the current rule from where if he slightly ahead by a knee cap or fingernail he is offside , with the change ,if it happens if he is not totally ahead of the last defender he will be onside
