I think long balls from the keeper up to the forwards shouldn't be received by the forward

with a header. They arrive at a fair old pace, from height and in the opposite direction. A hell of a closing speed. Apjnr always received the incoming ball on his chest, controlled it and laid it off to someone. It made a far more controlled situation as well, instead of it starting a head tennis around the midfield. On other points, the ball is a lot different now, a fair number of 81 year olds will get dementia without ever playing football, maybe ban it up to a certain age group and only allow from crosses or corners where the receiving player is more directing the ball as opposed to meeting it "head on"
