House Insurance

When I had issues the first question the Solicitor asked me was to check my house insurance to check if I was covered for employment disputes.

Was I pleased that I did so as it was and I was fortunate enough to get to the day before court before I was paid out. I was pleased that I did not have to pay the £16,000 Solicitor bill as my house insurance paid it.

Best thing to do before you hand notice in is get some advice. If you resign you may have less grounds for being dismissed as you resigned.
