That's the choice you make though..

I've worked in the private, public and not for profit sectors. And for myself. All have their own benefits and drawbacks. In the private sector, I know I might get paid more, have more resource (conditions, tech, equipment etc) and be able to progress more. In the public sector I might encounter more bureaucracy, less opportunity to progress, a lower wage but a lot more security. We all have to decide which way we want to go and unfortunately,some have more choice than others.
