Yes but what will they pay them, full salary or sick pay?

If they are teaching remotely then of course they should receive full pay but if we are on the assumption that schools are closing early granting a longer summer recess with no remote teaching then how can it be justified paying a full salary?

Haven't seen anything in the news about what would happen in that scenario
