It's an extremely demanding job, with a high level of churn.
It may be secure, but a lot our leaving the profession after only a short time. The pressure must be even larger now while they are trying to figure out what the hell to do right now to support pupils' and their futures through this current situation.
They may be sent home but there will still be a huge amount of admin and planning for them to do.
