he was speeding. c**ts fly through my village every day, way way over the speed limit including drivers of school buses, i don't give a flying f**k where they reside they are all arrogant pricks with no regard for the people or the place that they are hooning through. pure f**king arrogance. it does not matter one jot where he comes from or lives. his insurance will likely go up as well as points and a fine the magistrates won't gve a s**t if he lives in london or the on jupiter. it's not about that.
