Question to Wrathers who’ve been done for speeding (driving not drugs)...

...i’ve been written to by Nortolk’s Finest to say I was doing 37 in a 30 zone out in the sticks somewhere. Do they not have to demonstrate this and in some way other than listed in a letter? As in do speeding fines not work the same as, say, a CCTV camera clocking you turning in to a one way st the wrong end and sending you a pic as well as the penalty notice?..

I assume this will mean points if guilty which would be a bugger cos i’ve never had any before. Oh well. If anyone can come back to me re the proof of offence that would be appreciated...
