Nobody's denying that the speech was made or its content. However I'd agree with megson that it doesn't need rebroadcasting - some will inevitably take it as a celebration or draw on parts of it for affirmation. You do have to be very careful with this type of thing and I don't think, personally, that the time or political climate is right.
