I would say not on balance.

Like it or not it is historically significant now, for what I would consider the 'wrong' reasons but it is a well referenced speech, with one specific passage being well known.

However broadcasting it in full again only serves to increase its profile further and gives the appearance of validating it and giving legitimacy. The speech is racist, and intolerant and serves no purpose in the current climate except to further stoke division.

Shouldn't have done it.
