Chris Badan - Head of European Scouting - worked with/for Webber at Wolves

Kieran Scott - Head of domestic Scouting - worked with/for Webber at Wolves

Look in any business people often recruit people they know and have worked well with previously so there its perhaps not surprising but its undoubtedly the case that he is surrounding himself by "his" people in key roles at the club and by his people not just people he recruited but people he has long standing relationships with.

Hopefully they are good/the right people.
