There is a lot of faith being put in Webber. Time will tell as to whether

its well placed. He's either a canny, ruthless operator who is exactly what we need or he's an arrogant, control freak who is slightly winging it on the back of a bit of luck at Hudds and is surrounding himself with his cronies.

At the moment I really can't decide which, perhaps its a bit of both.
