Based on what i've heard I'm not convinced thats true

Absolutely smacks of cost cutting to me albeit no doubt there were some amongst those who left who perhaps were not performing. Others I suspect are simply paying the price for our relegation, failure last season and our preparations to be a "debt free, self-funding (without any money from the owners themselves), sustainable, community club."

For a start I thought Hucks was assistant coach in the U23s so how is that linked to whether the academy has produced any players or has a discipline problem?
