OK I've decided to put my strict hat on

All the 'but I've been to 173 away matches in the last three weeks', 'I go to more than Ralf's kids so take precedence' - if people want guarantees of getting tickets for every away match - join the away scheme. Otherwise take it for the lottery it is.

And yes the club should have been better organised, but the issue seems to be the sense of entitlement. The club chose not to make use of away points this time, but hey there are plenty of times they do. So enjoy the ones where absolutely no one else gets a look in as it's so elite, and don't b***h because sometimes you just have to take your chances in the shambles of Norwich City Internet Booking.
