i think some people get too hung up on the actual words being used

in some cases

there are some who use that sort of phrasing because they are weasely c**ts and there are others who are trying to sincerely apologise but just aren't quite so good with words.

i'd also pick fault with the 'everyone' on your 2nd statement cos, y'know, not everyone is so easily offended y'bloody snowflake...
