Practicalities of equality can be difficult, in Civvy street we can deal with it.

Having a swift change of direction here as someone we've spent the last 2 years training and developing is off in Jan on maternity leave. Its great for her, and I'm pleased, massive pain in the arse for us as we are going to loose significant technical knowledge that we can't replace in that time.

Point being we'll cope, someone will step up, and its not the end of the world.

No one is shooting at our staff though.
