For the length of time I've known him, he's brought the annoying religious trait in, of putting it bluntly, keeping his hand out in any situation

He networks around the UK to get funding so he can keep doing the 'good work' around the world.

My huge problem which has strained to a stand still with us, is his regular insistence that one day I'll turn to God. Worse than this is his complex attached to his beliefs which create his stubborn mindset when in a conversation about anything. This leads to an argument because he's so intent he's right, and wins the argument in his head because he's seen the light and I'm yet to

This is a shame, because reading the signals and hints, somebody at work might want to go on dates with me in the future, but is only hinting at them because she wants me to ask her. She is a devout catholic and this is my number 1 reason why I haven't even thought about if I would want to go with her or not. If I find out she can have faith and level with me about respecting each other's belief, then I'll go for it

I can't be arsed going into another 15+ year friendship/relationship to find out I'm once again being coached to the ways of faith.
