The issue with recruitment is that we can't get rid of our overpaid

squad members who aren't actually playing.

Who wants to sign Bassong, Mulumbu, Turner, Ruddy, Naismith or Lafferty and match their current wages?

We need to keep signing the young and hungry players. Players who really have the thrust to sucseed at the highest level. Players who want to play for Norwich City.
