Well said. I sympathise entirely.

It's what Gove and now Morgan have done to the teaching profession. Gove once described teachers as 'the enemies of promise'. Even writing that now makes my blood boil. We now have a recruitment crisis which the government deny on the one hand and blame the unions on the other.
