The spin has made out its about money and pay but

In reality that's not entirely the case.
In addition it was not initially about 7 day working (juniors do this more than most) 4 yrs ago when the negotiations started 7 day working did not exist as a policy.
It's become that argument because it's a way of spinning it.
Doctors did not ask for a new contract not for more money.

However, which profession would accept being blamed for inefficiencies, told to work more weekends, more unregulated hours, less safeguards on those hours worked, no redress if hours too much, opting out of EWTD, less support generally AND TAKE A 30% PAYCUT??

It's dangerous for patients, it's unfair for doctors.

I'm frothing at the mouth with anger!

Sorry....I've kept quiet for so long about this on what is a football board....

I may go full rant soon!!
