A few years ago we went on strike at Royal Mail

The media and government portrayed it as a pay issue but it wasn't, we were trying to protect a public service and the health and welfare of the people working there.
Obviously we lost, since then I've never seen staff so overworked and low. I fully support you in your cause, doctors do great work under difficult conditions and stress and should be paid accordingly.
