I do agree with almost all of that.

Holt was absolutely fantastic, and I'll remember him as one of my all time favorite Norwich players, associated with one of the best times for me as a Norwich fan. It's a shame things turned out as they did and he felt he needed to leave because he could have done a great job for us last season.

In my opinion it wouldn't necessarily be helpful to get him back, because I don't think that's the way to move on and develop. We're not going to go back to that team of a few years ago, and leaders do and always have moved on. He clicked with our then manager and our then squad, if we get him back he may do about as well as he has at Wigan.
