that's what the ref is there to do though, use his (or her) judgement

no system will ever be perfect

if they draw up lists of words that are banned players will just get round it - like Red Dwarf did, plenty of aggressive language players can shout in a ref's face without using any of the naughty words - surely a ref should still be able to send the player off in that circumstance
