Tunein radio app on your phone. Get it
When you go to bed, load it up, pick sports, chose an american sport (nfl, nhl, nba, mlb etc)
Find a game that's live. Listen to it. I know you don't like any of these sports, neither do I
But at 12pm at night, listening to live crowds, and commentary, anticipation, atmosphere, life in another city happening there and then
It's so light to listen to. Most nights I haven't even worked out who's playing, never mind what score it is before I've fallen asleep
There's a tab on the app that will turn the app off after 30 mins 60 mins 2 hours etc. (so you won't waste the battery. Data is naff all too, cos it's the radio)
