The tax you save is NICs

Basically pay salary up to LEL and take rest as divvies. Make sure your working arrangements are genuinely outside IR35 though. Also if you're married you can get your wife to do some administration and give her some shares. Hector doesn't like this but can't stop you. Google Arctic Systems for the House of Lords ruling on this.
