The plan is to do some work with SME's around their training, people development, process
etc.
So I'm leaning towards Sole Trader as there shouldn't be many liabilities I'll need to protect myself from.
Although Ltd seems better tax wise i'm not sure its enough of a benefit for the extra hoop jumping it creates.
