My issue with the system is that we sit sooooo deep

It makes no sense to do that when the quickest players in our squad (Bassong, Russ, Whittaker, Ryan Bennett, Tierney) are defensive players and our attacking players (Holt, Pilks, Snoddy, Wes, Surman) are generally slow.

I would have understood it if Jackson (unlikely) and Elliott Bennett were to have started every week, but they don't. We should have enough pace at the back to play higher up the pitch, yet at the same time we don't have enough attacking pace (within our forwards) to break from deep.

It just doesn't make sense, IMO.
