When Andy Carroll got the start, they were passing the ball about and creating chances, and won well

When Carlton Cole starts, they just assume he'll donkey it. But I suppose people are suggesting we do that with Holt

I don't get how Kane came on though, and looked composed in the middle of the park straight away
