I agree that Lambert wouldnt tolerate it either

I wouldn't say that we particularly went for it this year, Grant & Roeder were also given money to spend, its just that Lambert is such a genius he spent his wisely and it worked, the rest bought duds.

This boils down to what we both agree on, we are lucky to have Lambert as there are very few good managers out there amongst the 100s of abysmal ones
