On McNally, I agree - first impressions are good

(although association with Fayed will take a while to forget...)

The general tone of any business (or community) is set by the leadership. For too long it's been the rather naive, rabbit caught in headlights of D&M. Now we appear to have a little steel near the top that will hopefully filter down to the pitch (sooner rather than later). I wouldn't want us as a club to be complete bastards; but an unwillingness to be taken advantage of in dealings with players, agents and other clubs wont go amiss!
