I'm guessing the board are too.
As I said below, I agree with you on the Walker/Rioch points.
I think there were decent enough reasons for trying Grant & Roeder (Grant came in with a good record as assistant manager, ex-player credentials etc. & Didn't pan out - Roeder's record in his last job was very good 45% win rate).
The board might be poor, but our lack of ability to compete is based on finances.
You said below that you've lowered your expectations. Fact is that if rich backers are constantly ploughing money into clubs then we'll continue to slide down the pecking order.
This isn't the board's fault. It's the state of football.
