I live in the midwest.

Obviously I have seen all the TV games, listened to commentary on every single game and watched hilights of every game on CW.
I have a rough idea of how bad we are.

It's a results based business but if GR is sacked its not like we can say he pissed away a ton of money on poor players. He sold more than he spent after taking over a poor sqaud.

Maybe a manager like M Allen is the right man to get in players from the lower divisions.
Even those cost money.
