I agree with all of that, BUT results HAVE to matter at some point.

Patience can only go so far.

Also, if the guy had an ounce of common sense about dealing with the fans, he have bought himself a couple more months probably.

We must MUST get the next manager right (and my phrasing is semi deliberate in that) and they must see us all the way through next season.

If they don't its league one and worse without a shadow of a doubt.
