I think that's what is mistranslated as me licking Roeder arse. I would just like some stability over expectation, and we haven't been a stable club for about 3 years

I really like having the Roeder type manager though, someone with knowledge of other players, rather than go back to Jarretts, Briggs, Heckingbottoms, we have someone who actually knows a good youngster than guessing

I guess you get what you pay for though, and it's really hard to get someone good for little, when you do, a prem club comes knocking

I'd just really like someone to be here for at least 2 seasons, then going into a 3rd term

If somehow, we ride this season out, I really think next will be totally different
