The South Stand cost NCFC around ?5 million to build.
That is at least ?4m less than if we hadn't owned the land.

NCFC have spent ?2.6m on a 'car park' for which outline planning permission for housing has been granted. On the basis that the sale of this land is likely to generate a profit don't you agree that it makes business sense?
