No i don't think Roeder is a motivator, he needs a flamboyant number 2 or he needs to be the number 2, similar to Grant really, many of us thought he was a good assistant but not a manager. Maybe Roeder with Grant as number 2 would have worked better who knows.

Agree with the booing, I don;t like it during the game, simple as that.
