Err..I think you've misunderstood me.

What I meant was if he hasn't got the influence in the loan market which presumably the Board fancied that he had then perhaps we would have been better off with a manager who had better motivational powers when working with the dross we currently have as a playing staff. Not 'motivational powers in the loan market'. That's NOT what I wrote.
