you mean like a hypnotist? How do you define how motivational a manager is when it comes to approaching prem players for a loan spell?

Did the people recruiting sit down with a list that said:

Coaching: 17
Tactical awareness: 12
Shouting on the touchline: 14
Motivational Powers in the Loan Market: 19

etc etc??
