All the money that they have put into the club is now by way of ordinary shares - so the shares themselves are assets of Delia and Michael's - in the same way that my shareholding is one of my assets. But any asset that the company then purchased with that money is an asset of the company.

NCFC does do some business with Delia and Michael , as it does with Banham Poultry, but what it is I don't know, and in the grand scheme of things it seems a trivial amount (£65,000 last year).
